I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience providing mental health services in both inpatient and outpatient settings. My clinical work has allowed me to support individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, life transitions, grief, and other emotional challenges. I also enjoy working with couples and families to strengthen communication, improve relationships, and navigate difficult seasons together.

My therapeutic approach is collaborative and tailored to each person’s unique needs. I draw from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), person-centered therapy, strengths-based practice, and trauma-informed care. I believe every client brings their own strengths and resilience, and my role is to help them build on those strengths while developing practical tools to move toward the life they want.

In addition to my work as a therapist, I hold a nursing background and am currently pursuing a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree specializing in psychiatric-mental health. While my role in this practice is psychotherapy, my interdisciplinary training enhances my understanding of the many factors that influence emotional well-being and allows me to collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals when appropriate.

Above all, I strive to create an environment where clients feel safe, supported, and empowered to make meaningful changes at their own pace.
